01 / LESS REPETITION. MORE NEW ARRIVALS.
Every vendor sends things a little differently. We help bring the information, images, and product details into one listing workflow, with your expertise where it matters.
Bring your product data in a CSV and your photos in a ZIP. We start with your facts, sizes, colors, measurements, and prices.
SOURCE FILESPrepare titles, descriptions, and size charts. Use supplied images or AI-assisted imagery to build out the product presentation.
CONTENT + IMAGERYBring content, photos, and variant information together, then prepare the inventory for upload to your Squarespace store.
LISTING PREPARATIONReview and edit in self-service, or let us handle the work with full service. Choose whether to review before we publish.

START WITH SUPPLIED INFORMATION
A garment image, product facts, and the size and color information your store already has.
02 / THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF HELP
Some owners want to run the process. Others want to hand over the files and get back to the boutique. We’re building around both.
Use the online tools to prepare and manage your listings yourself, with support for the work along the way.
Provide your raw product information and photos. We handle the listing work so your team can focus elsewhere.
Starting with paid pilot projects. Scope and volume-based pricing are agreed for your needs.

TailoredListing grew from firsthand experience running a fashion boutique, online and in store. Through agoodfun, we know the work between receiving new inventory and seeing it on a product page.
We combine that retail understanding with software and AI-assisted workflows. The aim is simple: less repetitive listing work, a more considered result, and room for the expertise only your team can bring.

04 / A FEW PRACTICAL QUESTIONS
We’re starting with Squarespace, using a workflow developed for our own agoodfun store. Shopify and other selling platforms are part of the roadmap. We’ll confirm your store’s requirements before agreeing a pilot.
Product data in a CSV and photos in a ZIP are the starting point. Please provide sizes, colors, measurements, prices, and at least one clear lay-flat image per product. Missing fabric information can be added later; we don’t use AI to invent it.
Yes. The pilot can include AI-assisted product imagery, title and description improvements, and clear size-chart formatting from supplied measurements. We agree the outputs and workflow with you. Fully integrated image automation is still in development.
With self-service, you operate the tools and review your work. With full service, you can choose to review items before we publish them. We agree publication preferences when defining the work.
Our pricing direction is based on service level and volume, with a lower per-style rate at larger volumes. Final packages are being developed. Paid pilots are scoped individually, so you know what’s included before work starts.
LET’S START WITH A REAL BATCH
Tell us about your boutique, your store platform, and the listing work you’d like to hand off. We’ll explore whether a paid pilot is the right fit.
